C2 Productions is a partnership of Smithsonian-tested professionals specializing in interview-driven documentary content. We can bring award-recognized production experience, technical expertise, and DMV-based operations to NMAAHC's Oral History Program. We understand institutional workflows, meet digital preservation standards, and approach each interview with the professionalism these narratives require. Stephen Graddick IV

Stephen is a journalist, storyteller, and cultural strategist who helps leaders, brands, and communities navigate change with clarity and composure. With a background in broadcast journalism and a reputation for calm authority in high-stakes moments, Stephen speaks to what it means to lead and communicate with intention in a world defined by speed, noise, and constant disruption. Stephen is also the architect of SPIN 4, a future-focused media equity framework that helps institutions and communities rebuild local storytelling power and counter misinformation through human-centered systems and training.

Tom Clement

Tom is a National Murrow Award-winning documentary director and cinematographer based in Washington D.C. and Brooklyn NY. Previously a staff cinematographer for Scripps News — working on docuseries In Real Life, Interviews with a Killer, and Level Up — Clement’s additional credits include work for A&E Docs, Paramount, Newsweek, TIME, Smithsonian, Court TV, Vice News Tonight, and The Pulitzer Center.

Brian Canavan

Brian is a Documentary Film Producer/Editor who believes that powerful stories are built on trust and connection. With over fifteen years in nonfiction filmmaking, his work bridges broadcast television, streaming platforms, and mission-driven storytelling. He began his career behind the camera, filming for National Geographic, TLC, Discovery, and Smithsonian. Today, Brian leads projects from concept to completion, blending editorial precision with a calm, collaborative presence. His work now spans documentary shorts, educational series, and branded films.
